Q:"How do I find a mentor? "

A: Making a good match between a mentor and mentee is a fine art. To help this process along, NCIEC publishes a Directory of Mentors. The Directory lists mentors who have possess the minimum qualifications as determined by NCIEC, have been recommended by their peers or former mentees and have completed some level of mentor training.
